Fees

Fees for our evaluations are based on an hourly rate of $225, consistent with the recommended fee set by the College of Psychologists of New Brunswick.

Most evaluations require approximately 12 to 17 hours of professional time, resulting in a typical total cost of approximately $2,700 to $3,825. This includes the clinical intake interview, record review, standardized testing, scoring and interpretation, report writing, feedback session, and communication with parents, schools, or other providers when appropriate.

The total time required may vary depending on the complexity of the referral question, the amount of background information available, and the specific needs of the individual. Please contact us for a more personalized estimate.

Payment

We do not bill insurance directly. A deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointments. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of the evaluation. A $225 fee is charged for the intake appointment, which is also applied toward the total balance. The remaining balance is due on the day of testing.

We accept payment by e-Transfer, cheque, cash, and credit card.

Insurance & Receipts

A detailed receipt can be provided upon request. Some extended health benefits or insurance plans may offer partial reimbursement depending on your coverage. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider in advance to determine eligibility and reimbursement options, as coverage and reimbursement are not guaranteed.
